Street Fighter X Tekken: It Just Got Real!
Street Fighter creative lead Yoshinori Ono and Tekken project lead Katsuhiro Harada may be taking the whole “Street Fighter versus Tekken” business a bit too personally. For quite some time now, the two project leads have been engaging in a war of words via Twitter, as well as recording ill-fated company invasions… all in the name of promotion for the upcoming Street Fighter X Tekken.
At last week’s San Diego Comic-Con, the “you-know-what” officially hit the fan, as the Street Fighter X Tekken panel showcased a special video where Ono and Harada could finally settle their beef in a series of slapstick duels. All I can say is watch out for them shoryukens! Click here to read more

Soul Calibur V Character Naming Contest
Soul Calibur V is still a long way away from being released in 2012, but NAMCO Bandai Games is already trying to get its fans ready for the next entry in an already fantastic series of fighting games by doing something a little different: letting the gamers help out!
At the Soul Archive website, the popular gaming company is offering fans a chance to help contribute to the game by allowing them to send submit ideas for non-playable fighters. That is done through a series of basic questions, as participants are asked to give the name of their character and answers questions regarding their fighting style, appearance, and tactics.
Provided the submission is accepted by Namco, these will all be used as a foundation to make the NPC. Click here to read more
Resident Evil 6?
If a photo taken during Comic-Con 2011 is not a fake, then you might see Resident Evil 6 revealed September 15 at the Tokyo Game Show. The picture was taken by a random photographer, who saw an image on the screen while attending a closed-door press conference at San Diego Comic-Con.
No pictures were allowed at the meeting, but this apparently didn’t stop the man! The image, as you can see below, shows a logo and date “15.09.2011”… Click here to read more
