Clothing designer Chilly-O has a way of blending street style, extreme sports, music, dance, art and pop culture in his clothing like no other. The Atlanta, Georgia-based Gen-X tastemaker has created intricate visual stories on his designs, and now he is putting his skills to work with the new “Quotes” video series to capture the magic of what he calls “Atlanta Creative Urbanites”.
“Even though Atlanta is a new city, it’s time for our city to demonstrate progression as well,” Chilly-O told UrbLife.com. “This initiative is not only for the urbanites who add to art, innovation and progression of our city, but for America. Talent matched with the mighty power of the tongue simply gets the point across.”
Known for his stunning photo campaigns and clever cross-genre styled video look books, Chilly-O describes his line as a “Dichotomous Apparel Brand Triggered By Emotion, Color, Height, Shapes and Art.”
Take a look at the first video in Chilly-O’s “Quotes” series, which features Bboy Mr. Cool of ATL Funklordz and Zulu Nation ATL dancing to George Clinton’s classic “Atomic Dog.”
