Microsoft kicked off this week’s E3 conference in Los Angeles with the unveiling of the new Xbox 360, which will partner with their hands-free Kinect controller… ultimately rivaling the Wii. The Xbox unit has slimmed down, but packs a meaner punch with twice the hard drive (250 gb) and built-in Wi-Fi – all for the same price as the current model in stores!
The folks over at Wired Magazine (Wired.com) have a full photo gallery of the unboxed Xbox 360 featured here. We can look for all these goodies in the Fall!
According to USA Today, MTV will air the E3 Cirque du Soleil-assisted Kinect unveiling ceremony on Tuesday, June 15 entitled The World Premiere Project Natal for Xbox 360 experience, as imagined by Cirque du Soleil. *whew*! The commercial-free spectacular will air at 3:30pm EST on MTV, then again at 9:00pm EST on Nick at Nite, mtvU, MTV Hits and Logo.
