Arthur Trailer: Russell Brand Needs to Grow Up!

Here is the latest trailer for Russell Brand‘s next film, Arthur. I was a bit skeptical about it, since I remember hating the original (released in 1981 starring Dudley Moore), but I think they’ve won me over with the new trailer.

Arthur co-stars Jennifer Garner and the amazing Helen Mirren, along with newcomer Greta Gerwig (No Strings Attached) and veteran actors Luis Guzman and Nick Nolte.

Another plus factor is that director Jason Winer is a co-executive producer for the hilarious Modern Family, not to mention he’s working on another television project for ABC called Don’t Trust the Bitch in Apartment 23 starring James Van Der Beek. Awesome.

Based on those facts, and given how much I love Russell Brand‘s odd sexiness and hyperactive wit, I’ll take a chance on this remake.

Will you be going to see Arthur when it hits theaters on April 8?
