Sony Pictures has unveiled the latest trailer for Predestination, a mind-blowing science fiction film starring Ethan Hawke. Hawke stars as a time traveling “Temporal Agent” assigned to protect or destroy lives to alter a potential future tragedy. Co-stars include Noah Taylor (Game of Thrones, Edge of Tomorrow) and Christopher Kirby (Matrix Revolution, Matrix Reloaded), as well as emerging Australian actress Sarah Snook.
Of course not will make sense in a 1.5 minute look, but this is the type of movie you’ll want to go in to with an open mind. Our review will be coming soon! For now, check out the trailer, and watch for Predestination in U.S. theaters and On Demand on January 9, 2015.
Synopsis from Sony: Based on the short story “All You Zombies” by Robert A. Heinlein, Predestination chronicles the life of a Temporal Agent (Ethan Hawke) sent on an intricate series of time-travel journeys designed to ensure the continuation of his law enforcement career. Now, on his final assignment, the Agent must recruit his younger self while pursuing the one criminal that has eluded him throughout time.
